When practise merchants recover their coin?

When do merchants recover their money?
So I simply sold a boatlead of swords to hattori and he is out of coin. And I still have a ton more than to sell to him. And ive visited a few other as well and depleted them. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to completely get the money back?
few weeks, or exit the map and enter once more

And then practice I meditate for a few weeks or should I just travel to skellige and and then go back?

Simplest fashion is to travel to another region and come back. Information technology doesn't have to be Skillige.
Information technology seems to be somewhat random, but the ones in the larger cities will gain it dorsum more than rapidly, which is how it should be. In one case y'all get far enough into the game, I suggest just traveling back and forth to those iv or 5.
v or 6 days. Afterward more than 500 hours of gaming, I now experience this setting is very inconvenient in my second new game+, then I just utilize Crook Engine to change their money, and only their coin because I practice not want to affect the gameplay.
In the Main Game information technology'southward really abrasive to sell all the loot because every merchant is empty of coin .
B&W was in this case much better and i promise the next patch volition fix that in the main game too.
Armorer of Kaer Trolde Go on replenishes his stock after each of your meditations. He'south a nice guy and has i.8k crowns.
Some other method I like to use for the problem of limited amount of golden of the smiths is to from early craft materials I know to be useful later for grandmaster gear on, and then that the smith has some more money to buy my junk swords. Of class, I had to practice this so excessively in my NG+ that I am at present drowning in light-green gold, orichalcum and dimeritium. But I could get rid of all the smuggler cache junk items and bandit swords, without losing my marbles.

Normally, I'd tell you a secret that makes sure merchants have lots of coin when you lot visit them but it seems afterwards B&W came out, that doesn't piece of work. Economic system related things just get changed a bit with every update. I'm sure it will happen once more with next update. I'd advise to dismantle some things to permit the merchant take some money and sell the rest of the junk to him. Generally, try not to deplete all the merchants money. Let him remain half of his cash so when yous render, he'll have good amount. When he has 6 - 10 thousand gold, let him have more 3000 so when you return later when your inventory is near full, you'll find him he has even more coin than you saw him have final time. This worked similar a charm for a fourth dimension until B&Westward came out. In NG+ things are even more hard as they have same kind of money only yous can sell things for more. So dismantle a few things and sell the others. That's what I do now. Sell more often than not to the armorer of Novigrad foursquare and Hattori for all-time toll. Try non to sell or dismantle things with Yoanna. She gives bad prices. I only sell her cheap weapons from bandits to become back some of the money I gave her for crafting chief-craft gear.
I find to meditate for 5 to 6 days too works like a charm ride:
The easiest way is to also buy some stuff from them or apply their services (crafting/repair/etc.), at least if the merchant has valuable items for sale that are worth buying. And some of the merchants are just better than the others, in terms of inventory, prices, and how much money they have in reserve.
I'm new to the witcher game, playingredients on the ps4.
and I'm on the encarmine baron quest.
I zone in and out from valent to white orchard, meditate for more than x days just the merchants replenish their gold at a very ho-hum pace....what's up with thAt?

Can't recall if that was changed in some patch or non. You are only at the very first where getting money is hard. Just sell some of your unwanted stuff whenever you meet a merchant. Later in the game you can sell larger amounts of stuff to one merchant which has a lot of money.
