Default Adjusting Draw Length on a Mathews DXT

Howdy, new to the forum. I will probably exist upgrading bows this yr to a bow from this generation. A friend is selling his DXT for a pretty good cost (he wants a z7) and i would like to buy information technology. But i have most a 27" draw and his is Fashion besides long for me. How adaptable are the Mathews bows? Are they setup to be an easy and most importantly cost-gratuitous adjustment similar the newer PSE bows?
If information technology isn't "cost-gratuitous" how expensive is it to go it adjusted?

Thank you

Cheers

As uncomplicated as getting a new cam; should only toll well-nigh $75 plus fourth dimension (which shouldn't have more then xv min.) for bow tech to install. Non certain if you go to GP often but requite Big Timber a telephone call; Gord is about the all-time bow tech I've seen around this area.

Good luck.

Thou thanks a lot John.

I fired Gord an email off the Big Timber website. I become to GP every at present and then and was probably going to resort to calling Whitetail Ridge. Donny Zenner sells Mathews too.

75+ bucks is a picayune more pricey than i expected....maybe i should just keep my eyes out for another bow....

He wants $500 for the bow, which is a decent price especially seeing its barely been used and never actually seen anything more than a 3D target...

$500 for a used bow, then yous gotta pay for cams $75? and so the tech plus the drive? For that amount you could get into a great mid level bow that's make new? Just my opinion!

Yous could try finiding a used cam off ArcheryTalk. And then you lot would merely have to pay a pocket-size fee to have the cams changed at a bow store. Some shops volition even exchange cams for a nominial fee.
